Set in a dreamlike LA dripping with smoke and temptation, the film floats between roller rinks, motel rooms, and neon-lit gardens, painting Snoop as both the preacher and the pilgrim of a weed-soaked love story. It’s Snoop’s Last Dance with Mary Jane.
